As President of Foundation Equity Corporation, Mike develops the fund’s short and long-term investment initiatives and actively works with portfolio company management on strategy, marketing, financing, and operations. He is currently Chairman of Preo Software Inc, Interim CEO of DriveAble Assessment Centres Inc., a Director of TAL Ltd, and is a Board Observer of McCoy Corporation.

Prior to Foundation, Mike held senior positions in business development, marketing, and operations in the telecommunications and electrical utility industries. Mike holds a B.Comm from the University of Alberta.
