Preo Software
Preo Software Inc. is the market leader in providing Print Knowledge Management Systems (PKMS) to enterprises around the world.
Printelligence, Preo’s flagship Software as a Service (“SaaS”) offering reduces an organization’s true cost of print on every device in every business unit, first by measuring every driver of print cost such as volume, colour coverage, and duplexing.  Printelligence then turns this measurement into actionable knowledge by implementing the organization's print management policies every time an end-user prints a document.  If a job "breaks" the rules, the system presents advice and alternatives to the end-user and in so doing, has been shown to reduce print costs up to 8% on the first day, 16% in the first 30 days and 22% in the first 60 days.
