Our basic investment criteria is as follows:

1. We invest in companies that have revenues.
2. We are not passive investors and therefore need a material stake in our investee companies. We require a minimum 20% stake in the companies we invest in.
3. We prefer to see the proceeds of our directed towards working capital, and/or sales and marketing. We prefer not to invest in research and development.
