Foundation Equity II is a Late-Stage Venture Capital investment fund based in Edmonton, Alberta. Its predecessor Foundation Equity Corp., has had an 18-year old history of successfully building long-term value in young companies, and Foundation Equity II is continuing this legacy. Foundation Equity was formed for the purpose of providing Canadian investors an opportunity to profit from indirect ownership in emerging, high-growth, private Canadian businesses.

At Foundation Equity, we seek to make investments in companies that are entering the expansion stage of the business cycle. We lend our expertise to financing the efforts of technology commercialization and revenue growth in companies that have reached the milestone of First Sales.
